Length: 2 hours

Cost: $35 per person, teaching fee ($10 required to reserve your space)

Material fee: Argentium Sterling Silver $60 OR Copper $15 (Chosen when signing up for class)

Class Size: 3 -  6  persons ( 18 or older)

Class Description

  • You will learn how to construct a Byzantine Rose Chain Maille bracelet which includes Byzantine and Mobius/Rose weaves.
  • You will be shown variations of these weaves and how to make earrings from these patterns.
  • You will be taught the basic requirements for materials and tools to use.
  • You will learn how to properly open and close jump rings.
  • You will learn Chain Maille terms such as wire gauge, ring size measurement (ID) and tools required and sources.
  • You should finish a bracelet to take home at end of class. 

Tools required:

 

2 jewelry pliers (smooth jawed - no ridges)

  • TWO flat nose OR
  • ONE flat nose and ONE bent nose pliers.
